ICOLC EMEA Conference 2026
We are pleased to confirm that the 2026 ICOLC EMEA Conference will be held in Dublin, Ireland from 28th – 30th October 2026. The International Coalition of Library Consortia (ICOLC) is an informal group comprising approximately 200 library consortia from around the world.
The IReL team is very much looking forward to welcoming library colleagues from around the world to the beautiful and historic Trinity College Dublin.
